1. What are loyalty points, and how do I redeem them?
Loyalty points are earned on every order placed through our website and can be redeemed in two ways:

    1. a. Get a discount on your order – Simply click the ‘Redeem Loyalty Points’ button on the basket page before checkout.
    2. b. Exchange them for a Gift Card or Voucher – If you prefer, you can trade your points for a digital or physical gift voucher (minimum £30) from a selection of popular retailers.

Alternatively, you can redeem your loyalty points for a Gift Card or Voucher of your choice, by emailing marketing@deligo.co.uk with this information:

  • Postcode
  • Email
  • Voucher Type (Amazon, JustEat, Deliveroo, Love2Shop)
  • Voucher Denomination (e.g. 2 x £40)
  • Physical or Digital Voucher

 

2. Can I upload an Excel/CSV file to place an order?
Absolutely! Simply click on ‘Quick Order Upload’ at the top of the Deligo website. On this page, you can either enter product codes manually for quick additions to your basket or upload a CSV file containing product codes and quantities to import items in bulk—making your ordering process faster and more efficient.

3. Can I download my own Excel price list?
Yes, you can! Just log in to your account and go to the ‘My Account’ page (found in the top-right corner of the website). In the grey box on the left-hand side, you’ll see an option for ‘Price List Excel (CSV)’. Click this, wait around 30 seconds, and your personalised price list will download directly to your device.


4. How can I see the latest new products?
It’s easy! Our ‘New Products’ category lets you browse the latest additions to our range. You’ll find this under ‘My Account’, or by clicking any of the top categories on our website. Look for the ‘New Products’ button on the left-hand side—clicking it will open a list of all the newest products.

. I keep getting errors when placing orders, what do I do?

That’s frustrating! One common issue is that our basket automatically times out after 2 hours, which means your items will be removed. This helps keep our website running smoothly, but it can sometimes cause unexpected errors. To avoid this, we recommend clicking ‘Save Basket’ on the basket page. This will store your basket indefinitely, allowing you to restore or add your saved items whenever you’re ready to check out. If you're still experiencing issues, please email marketing@deligo.co.uk with screenshots of the error, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible!
